Boo is a total meat freak. She has always been that way; one day when she is old enough to date, she will be the girl ordering the half-raw (blue) steak on her date. So when she says I want steak, but not regular steak, I had better figure something out. So I did.
Chicken fried steak. Normally I would use a ground chuck, but rather than that, I went with some round steaks I had in the freezer.
What you will need:

Round steak
tenderizing mallet
Flour
milk
eggs
salt
pepper
oil
How you do it:
Tenderize your round steaks.
Mix about a cup of flour with salt and pepper (about 1 tablespoon of each-ish)
Preheat a cast-iron skillet with a little oil in the bottom.
Beat 1/8 cup milk with 3 eggs.
Place your steaks in the egg mixture.
Pick up each piece of meat and dredge in flour and set in the skillet.
Cook about 1-2 minutes each side (or until golden brown).
When the meat is all done, whisk in 2 tablespoons of flour with the oil and greases in the pan.
Add 2 cups of milk to the rue mixture and bring to a quick boil.
Simmer 5 minutes and pour off and let the gravy cool.
Poor gravy over your plated meat and voila!
Chicken fried steak...
