I ended up kind of making my own:
French Crepes:
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup of flour
1 cup milk (if using whole use 1/2 milk 1/2 water)
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp sugar
Fruit
Powdered Sugar
Heat a pan or griddle to medium heat for a few minutes (I like cast iron because it is non-stick).
Add the eggs, milk, and butter together and whisk. Add the sugar to the mix and whisk it in. Add the flour and mix together until it is smooth.
Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter on your heated non-stick skillet and cook for 1 minute.
Using a very thin and flexible turner flip the crepe over and cook for another 30 seconds to one minute.
Add your favorite fruit and whipped cream! Or whatever variation you prefer...hint: Nutella is good too!

The Crepes carried over to breakfast this morning as well...I love having these kids.
